Mowing and weed & feed are priced on the area we actually maintain — measured on Google Maps, not guessed. Small (to 4,000 sq ft), medium (to 7,000) and large (to 10,000) yards each have a set per-visit price; bigger lots are quoted individually.
Weekly mowing is the lower per-visit price because there’s less to clean up each time. Bi-weekly is our default; April through June, fast-growing lawns may need to move to weekly, and you’re told before anything changes.
A lawn that needs more than one pass to reach a maintained state is overgrown, and a one-time fee of 75% of your per-visit price applies (a $60 mow carries a $45 overgrown fee). We always tell you before charging it. Grass over two feet may need another provider.
Weekly pet waste removal is $20 per visit for most one- and two-dog properties. More dogs or a much larger yard can move the price; an excessive-waste first visit is treated like an overgrown lawn.
Flower bed cleanups run $299–$799 depending on bed size, overgrowth and whether you’re adding mulch. Paver walkways start at $2,500 and are priced by square footage and layout. Every landscaping quote includes labor, materials and tax after a free site visit.
